Q: What is your policy on returning something I ordered?
Returns will ONLY be accepted for products that have a manufacturing defect AND we are contacted within the first 30 days of you receiving it. Manufacturers' defects include, but are not limited to, errors in the embroidery and carpet that is cut smaller than our specifications.
Errors made in the ordering process will NOT be eligible for return. Please review your entire order before completing the purchase, as we will NOT accept mistakes for return. If you have any questions before or during the ordering process, please contact us BEFORE completing your order. We're happy to answer questions or send samples so that you can be sure about what you're purchasing.
